Nikolaos Perros

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Nikolaos Perros directs the firm’s strategic vision and leads the development of service solutions for private capital managers. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Gen II Fund Services and as Global Head of Private Equity at Citco Fund Services, following earlier leadership roles at Apollo Global Management, Blackstone, and PwC. With more than 35 years of experience, Nikolaos has guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, driven platform scalability, and positioned firms to meet the evolving demands of institutional investors. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jared Hoffman

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Jared Hoffman is leading the design and delivery of innovative fund administration solutions for venture capital and private capital managers. He spent over a decade at Citco Fund Services, most recently as Executive Vice President and Head of the Private Assets Transformation Office and began his career at JP Morgan Chase. Jared has led large-scale transformation initiatives, modernizing fund accounting platforms, enhancing client reporting, and driving operational efficiency. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Stonehill College, with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems.

Jason Degenhardt

Jason Degenhardt leads service delivery, relationship management, and operational performance for venture capital and private capital managers. He previously served as Executive Vice President at Citco Fund Services and held senior leadership roles at SS&C Technologies, following earlier experience at Advent International. With more than 20 years in fund administration, Jason has guided client operations, strengthened reporting and compliance frameworks, and advanced high-touch service models tailored to the needs of complex fund structures. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University.

Stephen Cincotta

With over two decades of experience, Stephen has built and led high-performing teams, strengthened governance and control frameworks, and developed service approaches tailored to the demands of complex fund structures. He holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Tufts University.

Leidy Ovando

Leidy Ovando leads fund accounting operations and client service delivery for venture capital and private capital managers. She previously held senior roles at Citco Fund Services, where she managed client deliverables, service level agreements, and process improvement initiatives, and earlier positions at BNY Mellon, Citi, and Zephyr Management. With more than 15 years of experience, Leidy has developed expertise in fund onboarding, restructurings, audit coordination, and waterfall model analysis. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Investments from Baruch College and is fluent in Spanish.

Jenna Taylor

Michael Resko

Michael Resko supports client financial operations through fund accounting, investor reporting, and capital activity management for private capital funds. He brings over six years of experience in fund administration, having previously served as a mid-level manager in the Private Equity line of business at Citco Fund Services. In this role, he focused on financial statement preparation, carried interest calculations, and investor deliverables, while also training and supervising junior team members. Michael began his career as an intern at Citco, working with senior leadership on client reporting solutions and data governance initiatives. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from East Carolina University.

Alyssa Collins plays an integral role in managing client portfolios by ensuring precise fund accounting and delivering reporting that is both analytically driven and strategically insightful. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, graduating as valedictorian of Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Alyssa also completed an underwriting internship with The Hartford, where she gained hands-on experience analyzing financial statements and evaluating risk.
